How to use:

- We recommend using the daily planner either first thing in the morning or in the evening ready for the next day

- Schedule: plan your routine for the day into manageable chunks of time. Make sure you include time for breaks and when you will finish.

- Priorities: setting achievable goals is so important to productivity. Set yourself a maximum of six priorities for the day and check them off as you do them

- Water intake: it’s recommended that we drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Mark the droplets throughout the day to help you stay on track

- Exercise: moving your body is so important, especially when sat at a desk all day. Plan something in, from a walk to cardio, and you’re more likely to stick to it

- How I’m feeling: noting down how you feel encourages mindfulness and self-reflection. If you don’t feel your best, be kind to yourself today

- Notes: useful for anything you remember during the day. Don’t get weighed down with adding more to your list. Add things here to tackle another day.
